1. THE BREATH CODE™ DIGITAL PRODUCT

The Breath Code™ is a digital educational and personal-development product offered by Billy Breathwork.

• The Fire & Stillness guided breathwork experience

• Other materials specifically identified on the sales or checkout page at the time of purchase

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, your purchase is a one-time payment and not a recurring subscription.

2. DIGITAL DELIVERY

The Breath Code™ and its included materials are delivered digitally.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining a device and internet connection capable of accessing the materials.

We may modify the method used to deliver or host digital materials as technology and service providers change.

3. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal use.

Purchasing The Breath Code™ does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share, sublicense, teach from, commercially exploit, or otherwise distribute the materials without prior written permission from Billy Breathwork.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Breath Code™, OLD CODE™, BREATH GAP™, and other proprietary names, frameworks, written materials, recordings, graphics, exercises, and original content associated with Billy Breathwork remain the intellectual property of their respective owner(s) to the extent protected by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Billy Breathwork branding, copyrighted materials, trademarks, proprietary systems, or other intellectual property for commercial purposes without authorization.

5. EDUCATIONAL AND WELLNESS PURPOSES

The information and practices provided through Billy Breathwork and The Breath Code™ are intended for educational, informational, and general wellness purposes.

6. BREATHWORK SAFETY

Some breathwork practices can produce significant physical or emotional responses and may not be appropriate for everyone.

Certain activating breathwork practices may be unsuitable for individuals with particular medical conditions or circumstances. Safety instructions and contraindications provided with a specific exercise or experience should be reviewed before participation.

If you experience significant pain, severe discomfort, faintness, difficulty breathing beyond what would reasonably be expected from the exercise, or another concerning reaction, stop the practice and seek appropriate assistance.

Never perform breathwork exercises while driving, operating machinery, in water, or in another situation where altered attention, lightheadedness, or loss of consciousness could create a safety risk.

7. FIRE & STILLNESS GUIDED BREATHWORK EXPERIENCE

The Fire & Stillness guided breathwork experience may include periods of active or accelerated breathing, breath holds, emotional processing, music, guided visualization, and other techniques designed to create an immersive breathwork experience.

Breathwork can produce strong physical, mental, and emotional responses. These may include, but are not limited to, lightheadedness, dizziness, tingling, changes in body temperature, muscle tension or cramping, emotional release, crying, temporary feelings of anxiety or discomfort, changes in perception, or other unexpected physical or emotional experiences.

By choosing to participate in Fire & Stillness, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for determining whether the experience is appropriate for you. You agree to review and follow all safety instructions and contraindications provided before beginning the experience.

You should stop the experience immediately if you feel unsafe or experience concerning symptoms. If you have a medical or mental-health condition, are taking medications that may affect your ability to participate safely, or have concerns about whether breathwork is appropriate for you, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Fire & Stillness should never be practiced while driving, operating machinery, in or near water, or in any environment where dizziness, altered awareness, fainting, or reduced attention could place you or another person at risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Billy Breathwork, its owner, representatives, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, adverse reactions, emotional responses, losses, or damages resulting from participation in Fire & Stillness when the experience is used contrary to provided instructions, warnings, or contraindications. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited.

By accessing and voluntarily participating in Fire & Stillness, you acknowledge that you understand breathwork involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume those risks to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Individual experiences with breathwork and personal-development practices vary.

Testimonials, stories, examples, or descriptions of experiences represent individual experiences and do not constitute a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

We make no guarantee regarding specific physical, emotional, financial, professional, relational, or personal-development outcomes from using The Breath Code™ or other Billy Breathwork materials.

9. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future purchases.

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay the amount displayed at checkout.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers and is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.

10. REFUNDS

Because our products may contain immediately accessible digital content, we do not offer refunds for this product.
